Deputy Nursery Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Kids Planet George Eliot. As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will play a key role in the leadership and management of our nursery, ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Nursery Manager in the overall management of the nursery, including staff supervision and development.
  • Lead and manage a team of nursery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children and staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the nursery's curriculum and educational programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of childcare and education provided, making recommendations for improvement.
