Job Title: Customer Care Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Property Inspector to join our team at Karter Thomas Ltd. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for conducting stock condition surveys and property inspections to help maintain and refresh our asset management information and asset investment programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out stock condition surveys and property inspections to identify defects, maintenance, compliance, and capital investment opportunities.
  2. Produce reports to support effective contract management and ensure quality and value for money standards are met.
  3. Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with the Head of Property Management and others to develop asset investment plans and manage building safety risks.
  5. Conduct HHSRS inspections and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Keep the Job Logic system up to date with any asset changes resulting from surveys.
  7. Deputise for the Head of Health & Safety when required.
  8. Monitor and report on overall performance indicators for each compliance work stream.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and vehicle.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
