Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at London Electrical Solutions. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial support to the management team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and bank statements.
- Assist with financial analysis and reporting, including preparing financial statements and reports.
- Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial operations or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks or Xero.
- Professional qualifications, such as AAT, would be advantageous.
