OFFICE COORDINATOR
O'Neill & Brennan presents an excellent opportunity for an Office Coordinator to join a well-established Contractor in the South East region.
We seek an individual with substantial experience who can effectively manage office operations while also providing personal assistant support to three Project Leaders.
This position involves ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment and demonstrating professionalism at the front desk when welcoming senior executives and other significant guests.
As a dynamic workplace, we prefer candidates who can commit to full-time office presence; however, we do offer a flexible working policy that permits staff to work remotely one day a week as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing office maintenance and employee welfare
- Maintaining holiday records and calendars
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: £35,000 to £39,000 based on experience
- Level 3 pension plan
- Medical coverage available after six months of employment
- 25 days of annual leave
