Premises Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Premises Officer to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilities Management: Ensure the school premises are well-maintained, secure, and fully operational, including daily inspections, maintenance tasks, and security oversight.
• Health and Safety: Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.
• Waste Management: Manage the school's waste disposal, recycling, and general cleanliness, ensuring a clean and healthy environment.
• Event Support: Assist with school events by preparing and setting up facilities as required, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
• Contractor Management: Coordinate with external contractors for larger repairs and maintenance projects, ensuring timely and effective completion.

About You:

• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an educational setting, with a strong understanding of facilities management and health and safety regulations.
• Skills: Excellent practical skills, with the ability to carry out basic maintenance and repairs, and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Communication: Good communication skills, with the ability to work well with staff, students, and contractors, and a positive attitude and a commitment to ensuring the school environment is safe and welcoming.
