Gastroenterology and Hepatology Tissue Bank Manager

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tissue Bank Officer to lead the coordination and management of studies associated with the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Tissue Bank. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent research skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the delivery of studies associated with the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Tissue Bank
- Assist with the day-to-day management of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Tissue Bank
- Oversight of the work undertaken by staff working on the EH&IBD portfolio under the remit of the Royal Devon Tissue Bank
- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure the successful delivery of studies and projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team.
