About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tissue Bank Officer to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of studies associated with the portfolio of Gastroenterology and Hepatology Tissue Bank.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and managing the delivery of studies associated with the portfolio of Gastroenterology and Hepatology Tissue Bank
  • Oversight of the work undertaken by staff working on the EH&IBD portfolio under the remit of the Royal Devon Tissue Bank
  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Tissue Bank

Requirements

  • Varied Band 6 experience or an experienced Band 5 looking to step up
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn
