Spa Operations Manager

Are you looking for a challenging role in a high-end spa environment? As a Spa Coordinator at La Prairie, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional client experiences. Your key responsibilities will include managing spa operations, client relationships, and team performance.

Main Accountabilities

Performance & Sales:

  • Drive the team to achieve individual paid spa appointment targets
  • Ensure achievement of spa and counter goals
  • Monitor and track appointment bookings and ensure occupancy target for spa is achieved

Client Relationships:

  • Enhance client knowledge and execute client development plan by promoting and leveraging clienteling tools
  • Guide & build clienteling mindset among beauty therapists

People Management:

  • Inspire, engage, and coach team about spa services
  • Motivate and care for the team to increase appointments and loyalty to the brand

Spa Operations & Administrations:

  • Leverage and partner with VM teams to ensure spa is in line with VM guidelines at all times
  • Along with business manager, develop clear actions to constantly improve overall spa operations (ex grooming guidelines, inventory management, etc.)
  • Liaise between business manager/account manager and other stakeholders when needed to ensure spa maintenance

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified beauty therapist with minimum 5 years of experience within retail industry. Must be minimum level 3 qualified
  • Strong client centric mindset with experience in establishing and growing client relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing team members
  • Excellent proven retail operational skills & standards
  • Have experience in implementing and driving change

Languages: English must, other languages such as Mandarin, Arabic etc. are good to have
