Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of commercial professionals to achieve business objectives
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members
  • Risk Management
    • Identify and mitigate commercial risks that could impact the business
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential losses

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial or business development role
    • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive business growth and profitability

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
