Job Summary:

Primary School SEND Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SEND specialist to join our team at a primary school in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting SEND pupils and experience of working in Nottingham schools.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, parents, and external agencies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To coordinate the day-to-day operation of the school's SEND policy, ensuring that it meets the needs of all SEND pupils.
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure that SEND pupils receive appropriate support and guidance.
Compensation and Benefits:

A competitive salary and benefits package, including 24/7 support and feedback from experienced education consultants, exposure and networking opportunities with associated schools, and a DBS registered with the DBS Update Service.

Estimated salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per year depending on experience.
