Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused German Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Lifeplus. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our network of customers, resolving complex queries, and processing orders and changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process incoming customer requests and make outgoing calls to customers as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Ensure a proactive and flexible approach to handling customer requests, with a focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in the ongoing development of Lifeplus Customer Care and contribute to personal learning and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with company processes and product portfolio, with a focus on providing accurate and helpful information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both oral and written English and German.
  • Excellent IT skills and experience with customer service software.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and ordering systems is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Positive, resilient, and adaptable approach to work, with a focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

Working Hours and Location:

This role involves a mixture of home and office working, with a requirement to commute to our St Neots office. The successful candidate will be required to work a 5-week rotational shift pattern, with varying hours and days.
