Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our Acquisition and Retention guild. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and driving architectural ownership.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical roadmaps.
  • Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Drive architectural ownership, ensuring the technical direction of the team aligns with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, meeting customer needs and business objectives.
Key Objectives
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating engineers to achieve exceptional results.
  • Monitor team productivity, ensuring optimal delivery and meeting business objectives.
  • Support engineers in their career development, providing guidance and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain low error rates, ensuring high-quality solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop effective working relationships with product owners, ensuring aligned guild goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience with Cloud Technologies (Azure).
  • Strong experience with software lifecycle management.
  • Strong experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of coming up with novel ways to solve business problems.
  • Experience mentoring or leading a team.
  • Experience setting and owning technical roadmaps.
