Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist with ScS, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our Retail team. Located within our store in Kingsditch Retail park in Cheltenham, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a basic salary between £21,280 - £24,980 per annum, with a realistic OTE of £30,000 per year. Additionally, you will have access to guaranteed commission of £400 per month in your first three months, as well as opportunities to earn up to £800 - £1200 per month on top of your basic salary. Other benefits include 33 days holidays including bank holidays, employee benefits platform with discounts on high street brands, colleague discount, career progression, long service awards, enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave, and more.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Experience Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include welcoming customers into the store and supporting them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home. You will accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications, while being accountable for delivering personal sales and KPIs. A key aspect of this role is working collaboratively with the team to deliver a 5-star customer experience, ensuring that our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone.
You will also be responsible for maintaining knowledge on all ScS products and services, continuously developing and refining your expertise to provide expert advice to customers. Additionally, you may be required to undertake other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. You will be a sales-driven individual with a passion for driving a 5-star customer experience, and experience within a customer-facing role will be advantageous. Strong work ethic, resilience, and a self-starter mentality are essential qualities for this position.
