About the Role:
Screwfix Direct Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at our Leeds Seacroft Industrial Estate branch. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our sales team and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host and Lead by Example: You will be the team leader, hosting in-store and setting an example of what great customer service looks like. You will understand what our customers need, guide them to the right products, and make it easy for them.
- Store Standards: You will ensure everything runs smoothly from cash reconciliations, to customer queries, audit compliance, and stock management.
- Part of the Team: You will join a team that takes pride in their store, working together and having lots of fun along the way.
Requirements:
- Experience: You are an experienced supervisor or duty manager who is used to managing a small team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service: You are great at giving amazing customer service and can translate that into sales.
- Skills: You are inquisitive, ever-questioning, and ever-improving. You are passionate about our business and have a friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and hardworking attitude.
