We are seeking a skilled Sales Advisor to join our expanding renewable energy sales team at Gold Group. This role involves making calls to new customers, generating leads, and handling incoming calls efficiently.

Sales Advisor Responsibilities:

  1. Make calls to new customers, generate leads, and handle incoming calls.
  2. Understand customer needs and manage calls effectively.
  3. Schedule surveys with nationwide surveyors.
  4. Learn about our products to communicate clearly with customers.
  5. Assist the sales team with additional tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the sales department.

Sales Advisor Experience & Skills:

  • Customer service experience
  • Proven experience handling customer calls
  • Ability to resolve customer queries effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

If you have previous sales experience producing quotes, designing renewable energy systems using surveys, this exciting position is for you. However, if you come from a sales background heavily focused on inbound and outbound calls, we encourage you to get in touch.
