Project Support Administrator

Actemium Mechanical is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Administrator to join our rapidly growing Mechanical Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of projects and programmes designed to deliver strategic company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sector Leads, Contract Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery against objectives and specification.
  • Provide administrative support for project development, including data management, reporting, and communication.
  • Ensure project development is within schedule and budget.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action plans, and status reports.
  • Support the successful delivery of our Engineering project portfolio to ensure achievement of core company and functional objectives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English would be advantageous.
