Project Support Administrator

Actemium Mechanical is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Administrator to join our rapidly growing Mechanical Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of projects and programmes designed to deliver strategic company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sector Leads, Contract Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery against objectives and specification.
  • Provide administrative support for project development, including data entry, reporting, and communication.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress and status to programme leads and the wider Product Engineering team.
  • Support the development and implementation of project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including project files, meeting minutes, and action items.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
