Training Administrator

Location: Oxford/Hybrid Working - The successful candidate is expected to be at the Oxford Office at least once per week.

Salary: £33,345 with excellent benefits including 35 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, 35 hours working week, comprising 7 hours per day plus one hour unpaid lunch break, Pension Scheme, Private healthcare scheme, Death in service cover of 3.5 times your annual pensionable salary, Income protection and Agile and Hybrid working.

Membership Bespoke, a reputable and established international professional membership body, is currently seeking a Training Administrator to support a new exciting digital first learning strategy.

The Role of Training Administrator

Reporting into an Assessment Delivery Manager, the Training Administrator plays a key role in delivering the assessment processes within specified time limits. This includes the preparation of the assessment, and supporting materials through to checking, and reporting of the assessment results to support the Board meetings and subsequent release of these to the institute learners, ensuring accuracy reflected in the institute database.

  • Ability to work in a flexible, proactive way, supporting colleagues across the team, as necessary.
  • Ability to sustain concentration, speed, and accuracy during bulk processing and to deal effectively with large volumes of data.
