Job Title: Senior Planner(Construction/Civil Engineering)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team at ICDS Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of construction programmes, managing programme documentation, and coordinating with the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Programme Development: Lead the development of baseline contract programmes, covering design, procurement, construction, and handover, ensuring a logic-linked critical path.
  2. Construction Programme: Prepare a construction programme, identifying improvements from the contract programme and coordinating procurement timelines.
  3. Programme Documentation: Manage programme documentation using a common data environment (CDE) and provide necessary programme information to the management team.
  4. 4D Graphical Models: Develop 4D graphical models or 2D phasing plans to represent the sequence of build and logistics, and engage with the supply chain for input on design, lead-in, and labour needs.
  5. Risk Assessment: Assess risks and opportunities in all programmes, including mitigation measures and time allowances.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications: Relevant degree or diploma, qualifications in construction management, certification for use of planning and programme software, and membership of relevant professional bodies.
  2. Training: Advanced Asta Power project Training, Advanced Primavera P6 Training, Managing People Training, and Advanced contract awareness.
