We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our client's support package in their own home. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our client, enabling them to live their life to the fullest.
About the Role:This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a gentleman in his 50s who requires complex care. You will be responsible for supporting our client with medication, moving and handling, catheter care, and the upkeep of their hydro pool. You will also assist with personal care, meal preparations, and social outings.
Requirements:- Previous care experience is essential due to the client's complex needs.
- You must be a driver with a full UK driving license, aged 30 years or over, due to insurance stipulations.
- You should be comfortable working with dogs in the client's home.
- Effective organisation and record-keeping skills are essential.
- You must be willing to commit to long-term care for one client in a person-centered way.
- You will be required to undergo training to CQC standards to meet the client's needs.
- You must respect company policies and procedures.
- You should be reliable, non-judgmental, caring, responsible, and compassionate.
- You must commit to confidentiality and treat the client with dignity and respect.
- Contractual benefits include £14.00 per hour for weekdays and £14.50 for weekends.

- Enhanced bank holiday payments.
- Annual leave is paid at 5.6 weeks (pro-rata) per annum, based on contracted hours.
