Care Support Worker

About the Role:
Agincare Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers in their daily lives, providing personal care, medication management, and companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to customers, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Assist with medication management, including administering medication and monitoring side effects.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to customers, engaging in activities and conversations to promote their well-being.
- Work collaboratively with other care staff to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK.
- No prior experience in care is necessary, as comprehensive training is provided.
- Good people skills and the ability to show empathy and compassion.
