About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Care Assistant to join our team at Bupa Global. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

With a strong focus on patient safety and well-being, you will work closely with our experienced nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily living tasks, providing emotional support and companionship, and contributing to a positive and inclusive care environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care. You will also have a strong commitment to upholding the values and standards of Bupa Global.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents, prioritizing their safety, dignity, and well-being
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities and conversations to promote mental and social stimulation
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive care environment, promoting respect, empathy, and understanding among colleagues and residents

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
