About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Theatre Nurse/ODP to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Staff Nurse/ODP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients in our operating theatres.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical care to patients in line with Trust values and professional regulations.
  • Accept delegated responsibility for specific activities/areas from the senior nurse in charge.
  • Work in line with Trust policies, objectives, protocols, and local guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and staff at all times.
  • Develop and expand your own nursing skills and knowledge.

Person Specification

  • RGN Level 1 / RODP qualification.
  • Basic Life Support Course.
  • Experience of working in theatre (desirable).
