Theatre Nurse/ODP Role
Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Theatre Nurse/ODP to join our busy operating theatre team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality clinical care to patients, working effectively as part of a multi-professional team and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Main Duties
- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients, in line with Trust values and professional regulations.
- Accept delegated responsibility for specific activities/areas from the senior nurse in charge.
- Work in line with Trust policies, objectives, protocols, and local guidelines, while supporting members of the team and adhering to Trust values and NMC regulations.
- Work autonomously and with others to deliver high standards of care to patients and their carers.
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and staff at all times.
- Maintain high standards of professional and ethical responsibility, accountability, and awareness of medico-legal aspects of nursing.
