About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust as a Domestic Staff member. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the existing team of cleaning staff at the South West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre.

Key Responsibilities
- To plan and prioritise daily tasks, working effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to the Trust's Infection Control and Waste Disposal Policies.
- To provide excellent customer service, treating patients and service users with dignity and respect.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
- To contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
- Experience of working as a domestic staff member in a healthcare environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the role, including lifting and moving equipment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
