Job Description

**Job Title:** Commercial Pricing Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Commercial Pricing Manager to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial management and pricing, with a strong background in hard services mechanical and electrical maintenance-based contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large portfolios of tender opportunities, valued between £2m and £10m.
  • Develop and implement high-quality commercial solutions, ensuring compliance with bid process and procedures.
  • Lead the pricing of tenders and liaise with the Head of Procurement to maximize subcontract benefits.
  • Ensure timely completion of pricing proposals and proformas for solutions and executive review stages.
  • Lead quality assurance of the Estimator – Client Solutions, ensuring commercial proposals meet company standards.
  • Review and improve pricing models and procedures to ensure efficient, innovative, and productive methods are applied.
  • Engage with colleagues and external suppliers to ensure the best possible bids are submitted.
  • Undertake site visits to establish and verify asset information provided as part of the tender documentation.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and develop existing bid activities and processes to achieve continual improvement and pursuit of excellence.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in hard FM or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record in commercial management.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience in pricing and estimating hard services mechanical and electrical maintenance-based contracts.
  • Strong understanding of SFG20, labour loading, and asset verification.
  • Ability to travel for site visits, tender meetings, and client presentations.
