Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing estimations, quotations, and surveying jobs to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and gather quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Analyze company data, exchange rates, and prices using software packages
  • Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with the office team to deliver high-end projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction estimation and quantity surveying
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary of 55-80K, dependent on experience
  • Mobile phone and laptop provided
  • Contribution pension scheme
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Working hours: 07.45 - 16.30, Monday to Friday
