Responsibilities:

* Prepare and submit tenders for commercial and residential projects
* Work closely with the project team to ensure accurate and compliant tenders
* Identify value engineering solutions to create a commercial advantage
* Liaise with specialist subcontractors to ensure compliance with tender documents
* Prepare offer letters detailing tender qualifications and particulars
* Maintain company estimating department procedures

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 GCSE grade C or above or equivalent
* BTEC HNC in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
* Solid working knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Solid working knowledge of Estimation application in Trimble
* Proven track record of carrying out similar role estimating commercial and residential projects

Salary and Benefits:

* £45,000 - £55,000
* Paid travel
* 23 days + 8 days BH = 31 days
* Pension scheme
