This role is an exciting opportunity to work in the Automotive Aftermarket division, primarily based in Denham, supporting the Financial Director, Commercial Team, and Sales Managers. The position involves a variety of tasks, including ad-hoc projects and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities- Understand and deploy the Bosch Aftermarket sales strategy.
- Learn to use project management tools to structure tasks, manage time, and handle ad-hoc projects.
- Attend and support trade events and exhibitions throughout the year.
- Support pipeline management and sales forecasting projects.
- Monitor customer performance and turnover.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Sales and Marketing teams, including involvement in various projects that evolve over time.
- Proactively develop new and existing customer relationships.
- Support the use of digital platforms to construct or update customer profiles using research methods.
- Develop sales proposals and deliver them using a presentation style and technique suitable for the customer, understanding profit and loss to build these proposals.
- Present relevant products and/or services, explaining features and benefits to the customer.
- Engage proactively in sales meetings, presenting back actions.
- Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with confidence in using databases and IT systems, Power BI desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with German language desirable.
- Good organisational skills.
- Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of SAP beneficial but not essential.
This is a 12-month internship starting in July 2025. The position is open to undergraduate students required to participate in a work placement as part of their course.

- One-off signing on gross payment of £1,200.

Location: Based at the Denham office.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.
You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
