Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reception/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and guests, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering and directing incoming inquiries.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
  • Assist with document management, including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Support the administrative team with data entry, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, making sure schedules are organized and conflicts are resolved.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with other ad hoc duties as required by the team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role.
