Job Overview

As a key member of the AirTanker Services Limited team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of training operations at the Voyager Academy. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Delivery Management
    • Ensure the effective delivery of all training programs at the Voyager Academy, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
    • Support the development and implementation of the Annual Training Plan, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and compliant training program.
  • Training Administration
    • Manage training pipelines for new starters, ensuring that all necessary training is completed in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate the booking, recording, and payment of external training requests, including the creation of purchase orders as necessary.
  • Training Data Management
    • Collect and enter data related to training operations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Provide data insights to inform training program development and improvement.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Chair the monthly Training Delivery Meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless training delivery and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Administrative Qualifications
    • NVQ level 3-5 or equivalent administrative experience, with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
    • Familiarity with Training Management Information Systems (TMIS) is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge
    • A basic understanding of regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements for pilots, cabin crew, engineering personnel, and ground operations personnel.
    • Awareness of the Defence and Civil Aerospace Sector.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
