Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HGV Driver and Operations Specialist to join our team at High Profile Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of site maintenance works, including tank cleaning and drainage services, at petrol filling stations and distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and deliver site maintenance works, including tank cleaning and drainage services, to meet customer expectations and company standards.
  • Respond to and react to call-outs for critical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Communicate with customers on-site to discuss ongoing works and provide recommendations for further services, building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, ensuring all equipment, tools, PPE, and other work items are in good order and available for use at all times.
  • Complete all required paperwork and submit it in a timely manner to the divisional supervisor, ensuring accurate and detailed records of all works performed.
  • Liaise with supervisors to discuss works performed and recommend improvements to processes and procedures, driving continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.

Requirements:

  • HGV/LGV CE driving license (Class 2)
  • Previous experience in completing RAMS documentation on-site
  • Experience in site maintenance, drainage, and delivery of objectives
  • Willingness to undertake additional training to increase capability and drive excellence in service delivery
  • Ability to operate on client sites, representing the company at its best at all times
  • Flexibility to work away from home up to 4 nights a week, with accommodation and meals provided
