Business Development Lead

Auxo Commercial seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts in the South West region, focusing on expanding existing client relationships and attracting new business opportunities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market presence.
- Nurture strong relationships with key clients, identifying areas for growth and optimizing sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record in sales leadership or closely related experience to Infrastructure, IT, Networking, Cabling, Datacentre, or Electrical Distribution.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Must be able to drive and reside in the South West region.
**Estimated Salary:** £55,000 + car allowance + annual profit share. Auxo Commercial provides a competitive compensation package that reflects the company's commitment to employee success and growth.
