About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled eLearning Developer to join our Learning & Development Centre of Excellence team at Community Integrated Care. This exciting opportunity involves creating engaging digital learning solutions that support our colleagues in achieving their development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality eLearning materials using rapid eLearning Course authoring tools.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to clarify learning outcomes, agree on design briefs, and develop effective learning solutions.
  • Explore and implement the most effective digital learning solutions that meet the needs of our colleagues.
  • Pilot learning solutions, gather feedback, and make necessary changes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing advice and guidance to colleagues and the wider organisation.
  • Propose innovative ideas to enhance our current learning offer and learner engagement.
  • Update existing eLearning modules in response to changes in legislation, user feedback, and fixes.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record in developing high-quality eLearning materials.
  • Strong skills in using rapid eLearning Course authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, vYond, Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Experience in instructional design and/or eLearning development.
  • The ability to create course storyboards/rapid prototypes and effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management, including communications and stakeholder management.
  • A record of leading problem-solving and driving results quickly.
  • Prior experience with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone is advantageous).
