Traffic Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Traffic Dispatcher to join our team at Biffa Waste Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day organization of our depot, ensuring the efficient allocation and routing of vehicles to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call handling and liaison with customers and internal teams
- Daily debrief of Biffa drivers, assisting with work confirmation and issue resolution
- Liaising with customer service and resolving customer issues
- Order processing, report running, and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the local area
- Transport/Waste Industry experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize effectively
- Computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite skills
