Job Description:

Entain is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join the Commercial RoW People team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a great opportunity for someone to develop their skills and experience in a business unit of significant strategic importance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of HR 'basics' in key locations such as Brazil.
  • Navigate diverse markets in different stages of their maturity and growth.
  • Apply commercial acumen to their thinking and decisions.
  • Solve complex problems with speed and efficiency – collaborating with support teams where needed.
  • Operate in the absence of HR process/structure (with a view to create and implement these over time).
  • Be resilient in a tough environment full of challenges.
