Job Summary

WorldFirst is seeking a Senior People Partner to support the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced Business Partner role and be able to drive people initiatives to support the business's success and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the business and support functional managers to make informed decisions.
  • Become a trusted partner to client groups and participate in key meetings.
  • Engage on issues of organizational design to improve departmental structure and workflows.
  • Provide solid ER knowledge and advice on employment legislation.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and take an active role in recruitment.
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Coach managers to build leadership capabilities and develop high-performing teams.
  • Work closely with the HR Shared Service Centre and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Champion diversity and support the business to build an inclusive culture.
  • Deliver initiatives across the employee life cycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Business Partner role within a generalist capacity.
  • Experience in leading and executing people-related projects.
  • Ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.
  • Commercially minded and curious to understand more.
  • Passionate about creating an awesome employee experience.
  • Proactive and always looking for ways to improve.
  • Ability to develop relationships quickly with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • UK-based HR experience and a strong understanding of UK employment law.
