Family Support Hub Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Support Hub Coordinator to join our team at Autismo East Midlands. As a key member of our Children and Families Service, you will play a vital role in providing support and advice to families with children aged 11 and under.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the Children and Families Service Manager to maintain and develop our services
- Providing support and advice to families in a relaxed group environment
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure a seamless service delivery
