We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our client's HR team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of the strategic people agenda and work closely with senior management and the wider HR team.

The successful candidate will lead on organisational development, change management, and employee lifecycle support. You will focus on effective interventions with a clear balance of operational and strategic work.

This role supports a corporate functions client group of approximately 400 individuals, including line management responsibilities for a HR Business Partner below.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To collaborate commercially as an integral part of business area management teams.
  • Manage relationships and expectations to provide proactive, commercially sound insights and flexible solutions to address HR challenges across the organisation.
  • Advise and coach managers through a range of employee relations issues.
  • Support the effective implementation of change management initiatives.
  • Understand and apply the company's approach to compensation.
  • Create and contribute to policy and process development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a mid-sized Financial Services organisation.
  • Expertise leading on change management and organisational design.
  • Clear understanding of UK employment law.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen.

Salary: £85,000 - £115,000 per annum.
