Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Head of People and Organisational Design to join our Maximum ManagementFrazer Jones USA team.

  • As a head of people and organisational design, you will play a key role in shaping our HR strategy and driving key initiatives to support our growth.
  • Your expertise in management development, succession planning, and organisational design will be crucial in enhancing employee engagement and ensuring our HR practices align with our evolving needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement succession planning and talent review processes.
  • Design and deliver management development programs and competency frameworks.
  • Implement HR initiatives across culture, learning & development, rewards, talent acquisition, and performance management.
  • Act as a point of escalation for employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a strategic HR business partner in a growing and entrepreneurial business with a dispersed workforce.
  • Able to work full-time, 4 days in the Manchester office with some travel when required.
  • Expertise in management development and competency frameworks.
  • Successful track record of delivering HR projects that improve employee engagement and retention.

Salary:** £62,500 - £77,500 per annum, depending on experience.
