Hospitality Experience Needed

WSH Group is seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Community Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large, diverse teams in a 5* corporate environment or similar role.

In this role, you will lead a team of Community Hosts & Welcome Hosts, working closely with all service providers to deliver a seamless experience for employees and visitors. You will be responsible for ensuring our service remains a benchmark for positive visitor experience and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of Community Hosts & Welcome Hosts, promoting excellent working relationships across the campus
  • To collaborate with all service providers to deliver a seamless experience for employees and visitors
  • To ensure our service remains a leader in positive visitor experience and service excellence

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of managing large, diverse teams in a 5* corporate environment or similar role
  • Experience in client/guest services or similar role
  • Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively at all levels
  • Exceptional customer-focused manner, proactive approach, and high standard of personal appearance

Salary: £44,000 per annum (based on industry standards)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
