About the Role

We are seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team at Real Life Options in Longstone, City of Edinburgh. As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting males in shared supported living accommodation to live their lives to the fullest.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support with daily activities, social events, and community outings. You will work closely with our service users to tailor support to meet their individual needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to enable service users to make informed choices about their lives
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support across shifts
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of community-based initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements
