Process Safety Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Safety Manager to join our team at Matt Burton. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of process safety and health and safety excellence across all our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a culture of process safety and health and safety excellence throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with the Head of SHEAQ Northern Europe to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead the identification and assessment of major accident hazards and develop effective risk management strategies.
- Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Manage and maintain all health and safety procedures and practices for onsite staff.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in a relevant field, such as process safety or a related discipline.
- Have a thorough understanding of best available techniques for comprehensive risk assessments and major accident hazard identification.
- Prior experience working in an Upper Tier COMAH facility is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of COMAH legislation.
