Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Safety Manager to join our team at Matt Burton. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a culture of process safety and health and safety excellence across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive process safety management system that ensures the safe operation of our facilities and processes.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment for our employees and contractors.
- Investigate and analyze incidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process safety procedures and guidelines.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on process safety and health and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as process safety, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process safety management, preferably in an Upper Tier COMAH facility.
- Strong knowledge of process safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
