Key Account Manager

Clymac is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Coordinator to join our team. As a Key Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our major clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Oversee account management, ensuring accurate invoicing and up-to-date CRM records.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Attend client meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
- Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement within the business and implement changes as necessary.
- Assist with client requests and issue escalations as needed.
- Previous experience in a Key Account Coordinator role.
- Good commercial understanding and awareness.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic.
