Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for securing business, maintaining good client relationships, and maximizing revenues and profitability within customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
  • Ensure that the offering is defined, is within the capabilities of the Company, and that the client has a respect for the CPA.
  • Create contact reports and quotations, and ensure that Production Orders are raised in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure that sales administration and record keeping is performed for the accounts for which you are responsible.
  • Ensure that invoices and credit notes reflect contract and resolve invoice queries to reduce debtors.
  • Promote team-working behaviours, communication, professionalism, and a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business.
  • Manage risks and report major risks (and opportunities) to the Managing Director and the board.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience within Account Management.
  • Retail and POS knowledge.
  • Flexibility of working hours.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
