Company Overview: Frontier Resourcing is a leading provider of Defence solutions, specializing in air, land, and sea technologies. We are seeking an experienced Defence sector leader to drive business growth and development.
">Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, plus executive benefits package
">About the Role: As a strategic sales director for our Defence division, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales strategies, driving business development efforts, and leading a high-performing team dedicated to delivering mission-critical solutions to Defence and government clients. You will define and execute comprehensive sales strategies across the air, land, and sea domains, aligning sales goals with company objectives to drive long-term growth in the Defence sector.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and expand key business opportunities within the Defence and government sectors, leveraging market insights and deep knowledge of Defence technologies
- Establish and strengthen relationships with senior government, military, and Defence stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships and representing the organization as a trusted advisor
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and developing talent to support both individual and organizational growth objectives
- Cross-functional collaboration with product development, marketing, and operations teams to align sales efforts with broader company goals and ensure successful execution of go-to-market strategies
Requirements: A minimum of 10 years in senior sales or business development roles within the Defence, government, or high-tech sectors, with experience working with MOD/NATO or other Defence agencies highly advantageous. You must possess a strong Defence sector background, a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
