Are you a recent graduate with a passion for child psychology and education? Do you have experience working with children and a desire to make a positive impact in a classroom setting?

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Child Psychology Graduate. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and challenging behaviour.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting students with SEN/SEMH needs and challenging behaviour
  • Keeping records up to date and ensuring staff and parents are updated on pupils' progression
  • Creating positive relationships with staff members and pupils
  • Supporting 1:1 or in small group interventions
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
  • Providing feedback and guidance to students

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Child Psychology or a related field
  • High literacy skills and experience of supporting children's learning
  • Satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check
  • Overseas criminal clearance and Right to Work in the UK
  • Willingness to travel
