We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your primary responsibility will be to support students with SEN needs, including those with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with the class teacher to supervise class activities and provide individual support to students as needed
* Support students with SEN needs, including those with SEMH challenges, to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with staff and parents as required
* Develop positive relationships with staff members and students to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
* Support 1:1 or in small group interventions to help students overcome challenges and achieve their goals

Requirements:

* Psychology degree or equivalent qualification
* High literacy skills and experience of supporting children's learning
* Satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check
* Overseas criminal clearance and Right to Work in the UK
* Willingness to travel
