About the Role:

Purosearch Ltd is seeking an exceptional Deputy Care Home Manager to support the Home Manager at their award-winning care home in the Creiff area. The home is a small residential care home catering for the elderly and those living with dementia.

The home has an experienced manager with an 'open door' leadership style, and we are looking for a Deputy Care Home Manager to support with staffing, rotas, supervisions, auditing, and care planning, while providing hands-on care to residents who benefit from a range of activities, catering options, and a dedicated care team.

This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week on a rota basis, including on-call and some supernumerary shifts per week.

About You:

  • SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care
  • Experience within a care home setting at a senior level
  • Excellent care planning & CI/SSSC knowledge
  • A passion for person-centred care
  • Respectful of people's values while promoting good care practices
